PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

A horse's digestive system is designed to digest fibres. It is therefore very important that a horse is offered enough roughage daily and that the quality of the roughage meets the horse's or pony's needs. Our recommendation is to always provide an unlimited amount of roughage. As the quality of current roughage is often variable and difficult to determine without analysis, we have launched HAVENS Fibre Dice with apple.

The HAVENS Fibre Dice with apple is a healthy treat, it has a steady high protein value combined with a low sugar content. The product consists of very tasty chunks of chopped Timothy hay, alfalfa and dried apple pieces. The extra large chunks ensure that a horse has to chew well and produce extra saliva. Ideal for upgrading or supplementing roughage rations and also suitable for all breeds. For (older) horses that have difficulty eating roughage, HAVENS Fibre Dice can be soaked in water before feeding. This also makes it ideal to feed in combination with Slobber-Mash or Senior Crumbs.
