All articles are covered by a warranty against any defect in manufacturing or bad fonctionment in the reception by the client. If you detect any problem, just inform our Client Support Service calling +351 21 227 66 80, writing or emailing (LINK Contacts), identifying the problem clearly and ask the sunstitution of your article.  After the analysis of your complaint and after an affirmative answer of our services, we’ll proceed to the substitution by post or directly on our facilities. The warranty doesn’t include bad handling of the goods by the client.
